		<description>I was very interested to read this article, particularly having been a professional resume writer since 1998.  I actually have a number of pages on my website dedicated to the STAR model, it is a fantastic habit to get into, particularly when writing a resume or government application.

I find many candidates focus lots of attention on the situation and approach, but the result gets limited focus.  The truth of it is that it is all about results.  But thanks for posting a great article...

It is also a good idea to research the company on the web.  If you can find any information about mission, vision or values, that should also give you some ideas as to the type of values or behaviours the company is looking for.</description>
