Employers - Request Referrals From Your Network
2Vouch now allows employers and recruiters who post a job to request referrals from their own network. This gives you even greater leverage.
So, how do you request the referrals?
- Sign in to your 2Vouch account
- From your Dashboard, click “post a job ad”
- Fill in all the job details and click Next
- You will see a screen that allows you to request the referrals
- If you have your contacts in Outlook, LinkedIn, Gmail or other system, you can click Import Contacts to import the details of the people you want to make referrals
- Note: If you are importing from LinkedIn or Outlook, you will need to export your contacts from there to a csv file. To find out how, click here
- Once you select which contacts to import, it will take a few seconds and you will get a listing of all the contacts, with their name and email address. Just select the ones you want to invite and click Next
- You can also add other requests to people who are not in your address book, and personalise the message
- Then click Send Referral Request and the JobGenie will take care of the rest.

Remember, if someone in your network makes a referral to the candidate you hire, you get a 50% discount on the placement fee.
